As so many changes are showing up continuously; some of which seeming rather immense, do you sense and feel the pulsations of Spirit through it all?  You cannot even begin to sense or truly know this without what?  Hmmm, it really can’t defined, but it comes while stopping, pausing your capacities to be in touch with the place within you; where there are no thoughts; no attachments to the world of forms.  It’s not even well described as “peace” because it’s emptier than that – it’s an empty place where nothing and everything is contained and co-exists simultaneously.  My dear friend John and I talk about this topic often and he usually mentions the one that was called Krishnamurti; the one that is often mentioned as a great teacher of Buddhism.
 

 It’s funny for me to realize how much of the great teachings of many different ones, Jeshuah (The Christ), Mohammad, Buddha, etc., are so completely aligned.  The differences are much more unimportant than are the similarities.   The most ironic aspect of commonality is the underlined directive of listening to, being in communion with the Source – the Whole everything of Life – of the Universe; it’s that nothing/everything place that seems to pulsate and murmur something from what?… the alpha and omega or perhaps not even that – nothing of any particular determination – ah, to be without content or context…  Yes, the mind can function without content or context.
 

Man has sat back mumbling these various names that they feel, think, believe that relate to “Deity”– but the problem has been that people have adopted a separate identity for themselves.  The state of “separation” has been taught for millennia.  Hmmm, that’s a pretty long evolution of what?… something that hasn’t been working very well.  Nevertheless, there seems to be a profound awakening that is occurring.  But, perhaps, the real awakening is a state of awake that requires letting our capacities be completely still – stillness without yester-moment context – without holding anything!  Many or most might think that it sounds like a description of a mummy or a dummy.  But, no, it’s quite the opposite because when our consciousness is empty there is an opening up and connection to the creative living expression of  “Being” / the nothingness of the All-ness At-One…

What do we actually know?  Oh boy, the lists that so often seem to be given, from such a question, are endless – as the mind empties out.  But, hmmm, it actually seems like we do have to empty the mind out first before knowing anything because knowing is a discovery.  True knowing requires what I call an open focus.  It’s nothing less or more than “Being in discovery” because there is no other form of knowing which is alive and connected to “Being.’  When is “Being?”  It is only in the NOW and therefore is the point of true discovery…  Ah, Wu-Wei…
 

For so many years, I sat and read and read and tried to squeeze more into that cranium that I possess.  But all that information, while being “in the question” (so to speak), always lead me back to “Self” – to the point of the origin of the question…  Yes, it’s the living circle of life, through living in the question…  It gave/gives birth to “Being” the answer…!  This has to be because the answer is not finite it is fluid and ever-changing as life is continually evolving, blossoming, growing from within…  Ah, mmmm…lol…!

HALT stands for hungry, angry, lonely, tired…!  It is taught through AA, NA, GA and all of the other “A’s,” out there to protect their sobriety or perhaps even their sanity. We should try our best not to let ourselves get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired because One’s actual spirit is pushed to the side when their experience is trumped strongly feeling such internal needs or voids!  This is very valuable information; not just for addicts, alcoholics or any of the isms out there or“in there” to be more accurate…  We all share addictions, just by virtue of how our world(s) have unfolded…  Mankind has been off the divine mark (so to speak).  Who’s been off the mark?… look no further than the mirror to begin with or you will be kidding yourself insofar as effectiveness is concerned.
 

The quality of life itself is altered when I don’t observe the wisdom of HALT.  And I don’t care how enlightened that you or I think that we have evolved to be.  No, it really comes down to KISS (keep it simple stupid).  We don’t have to be stupid!  We can allow ourselves to live in a loving way that blesses our Temple.  Where’s the Temple?  If you have legs, you may be able to walk it around.  It’s your body, your Being, your life’s expression.  It’s all of you; even the parts that no one or few ever sees!  It is, particularly, those parts of YOU!  But the Temple is also the earth/Earth as the earth becomes Earth through the truth of the Heaven!
 

Getting back to HALT, once again, in my personal world, my heart has been filled, once again, through the friendship of a divine Brother who lives many miles away in Canada with his family (wife and their offspring).  The quality of our deep brotherly friendship has allowed much of my personal loneliness to be filled in this earthy place that’s transforming.  The loneliness factor can be present during different cycles of all our lives.  Thanks, Gary, for “Being” there!  Praise the One for such care and Grace through shared friendship!
 

So, give out the fullness of your breath, proactively releasing your Love, eat well, share rich loving company with others whether close in proximity or distant, and always let yourself rest well.  In the old movie “Excalibur” Merlin the magician tells young King Arthur to rest in the dragon’s arms without fear, “Being” At-One with Spirit!

In the mid nineties, I participated in a metaphysical training called “Lifespring.”  It was one of the finest educations that I had ever experienced.  There was part of it which was called the “Lifeboat” which was a very interesting part of the training, educational and experiential journey.  This exercise had didactic parts of it and took place after a long process of working closely with a group of people had completed.  For the “Lifeboat” game, each person was a certain amount of sticks – pop-cycle sticks (as I recall) and the rules were that you had to save one of those sticks for yourself – but the rest were to be given to the ones of the group who offered, to your estimation, the greatest qualities that one could possess for living to the highest vision possible.  When you were handed the sticks to distribute, one was purposely given less sticks than there were people in the group to give sticks to.  And it went like this – you would be directed by a coach that stood right next to you throughout the exercise as you were being directed to stand in front of each person (looking right into their eyes) and saying either “you get to go” as you handed them a stick or “you don’t go” and walked quickly away and over to the next person in line.  There was no time to think about any of it – as you were pushed through the exercise with strong oral commands.
 

I believe that there were around 50 or 60 individuals in our LP group – but there were only 5 positions on the “Lifeboat.”  The game was centered on the group choosing their best people to carry on the Life of man on the earth.  The five that got the positions were the ones that had the most sticks.  But the other part that was also prerequisite was saving one of the sticks for you.  Well, after everyone went through the process and the count of sticks was made, I was one of the top 5 with my total – in fact, as I recall, I was either # 1 or 2 with person count – but I had given away my stick.  It’s kind of funny, because I knew exactly what I was doing.  I knew who I had given my stick to and actually ended up as the chosen leader of the group.  I also remember how mad the teaching staff was because I had the real qualities and characteristics that they valued greatly and in their eyes – I surely belonged on that “Lifeboat” but I had a deeper conviction in Spirit that superseded the rules of the game.  For many years I wore a gold medallion that had John 15:13 on it – “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
 

Today, I see the “Lifeboat” game actually happening in our worlds.  Yes, we are in effect choosing who we are letting live insofar as our loving substance is concerned.  Many seem to be getting left out – more than are supported and protected by out living substance.  This game is not a game at all, insofar as true living and its outworking is concerned!  It seems like it’s a hard call.  But it’s truly inevitable.  It is a part of the One Law – The Law of Cause and Effect…  It’s part of the living purification.
 

I felt both good and bad, at the time, about the results of the “Lifeboat” game when I actually experienced it as described above.  But such was the outcome of LP162 NY.  I remember telling my Lifespring sponsor – the late Terry Crane about it all and he was surprised that the one(s) that ran the game did not choose to put me on the Lifeboat anyway – because that is what had happened in the past with other facilitators – under similar circumstances.  The fact that I did in fact have true the leadership qualities in spirit, mind and heart – Terry felt that should have effected and superseded the outcome.  But, looking back, it probably was one of the best things that had happened because (guess what?) I would do it all the same way again – because I know who I Am – and John 15:13 is real!  Praise the Lord!

Do you find yourself doing the real work of healing the world?  As far as the truth of the heart is concerned – you don’t need to go much further than the mirror!  Yes, there has been much wrong doing wherever ones eyes can peer.  Everything OUT THERE is IN HERE! The human condition has been, plain and simple, just OFF!  And how is that actually fixed?  The human nature part of us wants to look straight out there somewhere and build a case about another person.  That thinking – that impetus – that actual mindset is EXACTLY the source of what needs to change.
 

These are the days when the spirit is requiring the subconscious to just empty out.  It’s kind of a leg in the race (so to speak) where we find ourselves - the human race of restoration.  A race is often though of as a thing that is timed; but, not this one.  Life holds the truth of time and space.  Man’s take on time - his vary measurement has been based in an illusion.  So much toxic garbage, for so long, has been poured into our consciousnesses that we’re each bursting and two things have to happen – a release of the toxins, as well as an internal allowance of receiving that which is pure, real and loving…  But human nature almost just doesn’t want to believe that the beauty, the perfect freedom through Spirit, is available to be experience at the “Whole” level of creation.
    

So many things are rapidly changing so very quickly with respect to all of our earthly circumstances.  This is such a time period where each person must allow themselves to surrender to the invisible Creator that dwells within their/Our heart.  Our spirits are completely connected through the One “Spirit” that dwells within!  We don’t often realize to the true and full extent of the divine synchronicity.  But as we find ourselves thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same feelings; which experience is on the increase as well as its intensification – the truth of such can no longer be passed off as coincidental. 
 

There has also been, however, the reality of convolution and separation through non-adherence to the creative process.  And I was thinking about how utterly convoluted that many people’s way of operating has been, but I have to say as I observe anything over there – that it is here too – to whatever degree that it still is!  Whatever exists there has to also exist here to some degree.  Have you begun to observe and experience enough to realize that too?
 

One thing that needs to change that I have come to realize is that there are people that arrogantly tell others that “God” has spoken through them; when it’s really not the case, to the degree and in the way in which they present that.  The ones that really have a message from God or the “Spirit;” of ultimate Divine Source. always bring such message through a tone of humility and never because their actual “business” is billing themselves as offering that.  You cannot buy or sell the real messages from Spirit.  It seems like gray area – but it’s not all that gray at all.  In each moment, the truth is revealed.  There are very few out there that legitimately, spiritually coach others while do it with integrity (particularly professionally) – it’s a very rare outworking.
 

The bottom line is this – when someone has the arrogance and audacity of saying that their words to someone are the words from God – don’t let yourself be easily sold such a bill of goods – because it’s usually false and there is so often an agenda that is present – almost ALWAYS to some degree.  The agenda is so often masked or hidden!
 

Who could be alive and not be a conscious portal of Spirit?  That’s the truth of what a “Being” is, an expression of Life which is hosted by the invisible, through Spirit.  When someone really senses something about YOU, or for YOU, they should suggest that you ask yourself if it feels like its real and true.  Be still and KNOW!  Ask the One within your heart – the One that dwells within YOU and LISTEN!  I am not suggesting that there aren’t some real and beautifully pure hearts out there that actually are more tuned into Spirit than most and are here helping others with their connection of true communion and communication with Life, through Spirit.  But just realize that such outworking has been rare and is precious in the human experience.  If someone has a business where they go around telling everyone that God is speaking through them – I don’t care if their business is a 501(c)3 – just realize what is actually occurring.  Our individual human nature(s) have been so tricky that we’ve convinced ourselves in some instances that we’re righteous in our thinking and our delivery of our little bag of tricks into our lives and other people’s lives.  Human nature has been that tricky and that corrupt – as it cleverly and sometimes even passionately mixes a little bit of truth, colorize it with a loving tone and oh boy… but it’s been invariably riddled with a hidden agenda.  And this human nature demon will not give up until its actual essence dies.  That consciousness has to die, while we allow Spirit govern the angel’s rebirth – as Our Phoenix continues to rise from the ashes.
 

It’s all happening – and there is no question about it!  I need to let myself truly look at my mirror of truth of what how I have lived my life and how I’m living my life and that has not always been a pretty picture for most people – me included.  My personal ugly human nature false-self has been and is as ugly as anyone else’s.  We have each had our own brand of ugliness.  But, also, each have the perfection of our true spirit available!  Yes, that is present too and can be invited to be more present!  It is the time of Whole integration and also separation from the false self – as the glorious Phoenix continues to spread its wings and rise to glorify the Father (with respect to the King’s English the Father and Mother is offered inclusively through the expression of the Father -Father/Mother God).  Praise the Lord!

I have been seeing these TV commercials – that’s about all I see on TV these days – since I don’t own my own TV anymore.  I gave mine away to two people that I used call me their family and friend!  But that is not very important; nor is it the point of this blog post.
 

This post is entitled “KY-INTENSE.”  That is the name of a lubricant made for having sexual intercourse.  Now, mind you, while for most of my adult life I have been a sexual man with fairly normal (I would say) sexual interest.  But, in the last 2 ½ years, which is appoximately the amount of time that I have been separated from my wife; who I have been trying to get divorced from, I have only had two encounters with two Connecticut resident women that never ended up with any completed intimate activity; meaning that it did not complete itself in the bedroom.  One of these woman, the whom I don’t even speak anymore lives in Branford, CT and the other happens to be a very good friend and professional associate who I speak with regularly and have a plutonic relationship.  But all this information is also not the point to this post.
 

But, alas, here begins the point.  In the commercial for KY-INTENSE, there is a couple that is being interviewed while sitting on their bed.  The point of this commercial is all about satisfying the woman sexually from the standpoint of having a HUGE orgasm. The man is mostly interested, insofar as the commercial is concerned, in being “The Man” i.e., the one that made the bell really RING!  And so, his mate says “Oh yes, you’re The Man!” and then she asks him to go somewhere so that she could talk behind his back… wow, talk about the kind of a scenario that is pathetically common in our culture today…  So, while he’s out of listening distance, the woman picks up the KY-INTENSE box and raves about how it is really the thing that satisfies her.  Then they show a scene; just after the couple had sex with the guy asking again – Who’s The Man?  And his mate, who obviously is still recovering from a huge orgasm, says – oh yea, you’re the man…!
 

To me, this commercial is a slap in the face to all of us.  Many or most don’t seem to make love anymore.  We have even trained our bodies to respond to the outer shell of sexual interaction – but nothing touching the inner part; the heart and the soul.  It seems that we’ve become a culture of substitutes; just kind of masturbating, while being spiritually detached through our supposed affectionate interplay.  Very little heart; just another way of trying to escape the truth of what we’ve co-created.
 

One might say that the woman, through humoring her husband, was being respectful(?) – yea right - of what, his feelings?  No, when we can’t be honest with our mate, there is no true respect and no true experience of love either.  A song that comes to mind is:  “The Love I Lost” - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhuZxaqj99g.  We may feel like we have lost our love, but it’s there inside each of us.  And all we have to do is first to acknowledge the truth of that for ourselves and then to begin sharing who we really are with each other.  In fact, our Love is present and ready to be doing just fine!

It still seems like we haven’t gotten it right yet.  Yes, indeed – because we still to “trying” to identify “right” and ha, ha, ha!  This pursuit has to have some things die while other things are born.  Well, folks – that’s inevitable.  But it’s not really what is occurring inclusively.  Didn’t one of our geniuses say or prove that energy can not be destroyed.  So what happens?… things going through an incredible defragmentation.  Yep, that’s may be the only creative way to look at it.  Things only continuously adjust.  That is the nature of creative moment and the evolution of life itself!
 

Only I try to cling to the forms of anything do I feel the need to identify anything with right or wrong – living or dying, etc.  Participating in a world that has been steadfast on grasping forms makes it an interesting process to work with.  But, the ha, ha’s can eventually turn around and become ah’s.  Yes, I love it – ah!… because, just think about it, an ah is the expression of the splendiferous creative release of joy!  A delightful hot bath of caressing waters of love…  Soak in that baby for a while.  But you gotta keep heating up that water and maybe have some bubble bath too – sure, why not?  I might even bring out my rubber ducky.  And, yes, living between the hot bath and the divine sand box sounds just perfect to me.  Believe me, no one living is too mature to be childlike while letting their spirit thrive in its creative and imaginative innocence!
Love in expressive motion in a wondrous place of heaven through earth.
 

Hey, do you guys want to know how to have people stop lying?  This is a big one!  Are you ready?  Just stop judging and blaming and accept everything that you hear and that comes in a loving space of understanding, empathy and compassion.  The truth is not for sale.  It is something One can allow to be expressed.  Again, IT IS SOMETHING THAT WE MAY ALLOW TO BE EXPRESSED!  If we are not doing that – then what we hear isn’t usually what’s being offered to begin with – because our judgments and expectation have been vanquishing our ability of being truly present.  Only an innocent ear can hear the truth of anything!

Yes, I would tend to agree with your assertion, David.  In fact, though I still feel that there is a tremendous amount of value overall - there is also a bit of an arrogant posture of judgment with an inference of supposed knowing.  In actuality, there is almost a contradiction through naming such strong lineages of earthly association, while also exclaiming that we are One and awakening to “Self.”  With respect, again, to underlining earthly lineages, the strong underlining of such divisional aspects are being introduced in a way that almost solidifies a judgment.  If we are going to go into great detail and heart with respect to “naming the falls” (so to speak) we are just as obligated to name the Way and Truth of the healing… It is not healthy to tell a child that he or she is wrong without also making sure that they know that they are right in so many beautiful ways!  As Uranda made it abundantly clear - “Letting love radiate without concern for results” is an absolution of open, yet pointed, radiance and outworking.  From the standpoint of casting and judgment - one cannot be just a little bit pregnant.  Human nature has been clever, as it has hidden behind truths, while its true posture is still very present.  And so, as we speak of the “Tone” of Life, exclaiming that it is thus and so, it is so much less of an expression through articulation to that of actually “Being” it in Whole and complete living expression!  I need to remember that BIG TIME in my life. 

Bill Bahan was well-known for having a person stand before him with whatever ailment(s) or injuries, while listening to them complain - let’s say that it was their left arm and shoulder that was hurt. And after listening to the person ramble on about their pains he would say to them - so how’s that right arm doing?  The person replied - oh, my right arm feels fine!  Bill would then say - that’s great!  Bill knew the secret of Whole and Complete manifestation and that is serendipity in motion!  If I reminded myself of this truth 50 times a day - it would not be too much! 

I do feel that there is still something of significant worth, to be appreciated and utilized in many ways throughout the Kymatica series.  But, as you said - a sifting of it all is most appropriate, from the standpoint of creatively inclusive usability.  Life is such that one could almost always say that any one given aspect of it is merely “almost there.”  And, in reality, can be rather incongruent while separated from the whole…   It, in and of itself (alone), is not complete…!  Only the “Whole” is complete - and certainly our stance through Attunement comes from the place of Source, Whole and Complete through Love! 

By the Grace of God, I was blessed to see a youtube 9 segment video series called Kymatica and it message really came into my conscious awareness at the best time possible because there is nothing in my current life that isn’t undergoing extreme and change.
 

My mother who is 80 years old and I have just had the proverbial rug pulled out from our feet temporarily.  He deserted her and left her without any money.  This was done be her husband – my stepfather – her 4^th husband (2 are died and 3^rd she is divorced from)!  And, no, 4 times is not a charm, in this particular case.  Though there is not a one in this picture (or any of life’s pictures) that is not responsible for the reality of what is present inclusively; there are some instances when a person’s solo responsibility has played more than a chief role in the circumstance.  But it’s never about judgment of anything or anyone.  Judgment has been and is still currently the true living cancer of life.  We are All-One, on our good days; but certainly, also, on our days that could be considered far less than good!
 

I am currently working on getting the Healing Breath www.thehealingbreath.com published in medical and chiropractic journals with my friend, advocate and colleague Dr. Ron Grassi.  This outworking should occur by this summer or fall season.  We are also getting the Healing Breath curriculum approved/accredited for higher learning at the college and university levels.  This will hopefully be reached by the end of this year or early next year.  Great achievements don’t often occur over night…!
 

I learned a long time ago that when the chips are at their seemingly lowest point that it means that something truly wonderful and most helpful is right around the corner and ready to burst forth.  The pot of gold is at the bottom of the rainbow and rainbow don’t show up – pointing us to the pot of gold without usually first having dealt with some rain shower or even a full fledged storm.  So, as it has been said – so very many times by some of our wisest prophets – “These things too shall pass!”  I just thought of a funny antidote for myself – I should go back and read some of my previous blog posts that describe the living importance of being all about the creative process – rather than focusing on any of the results at all – just being grateful that there is a process to work with – yes, life is in motion….  New results are born every day – in every moment and of that we can be assured!  “Unconquerable life prevails.”
