Stuart Lovett works as an Inspirational Writer, a Master/Teacher and Practitioner of Attunement and the Healing Breath, and a Nondenominational Ordained Minister. From an early age, Stuart began studying and practicing the martial arts. Included in these disciplines have been Shotokan, Tai Chi Chuan and Shaolin Kempo. Just prior to attending college, Stuart achieved his first Sho-dan ranking. Graduating with High Honors, Stuart played Varsity Soccer and was Team Captain at St. Thomas More Prep School. Stuart later attended Eastern Connecticut State College, and served in the US Navy. In the early 80’s, Stuart participated in Spiritual Leadership Training and completed “Short and Long Class” hosted by the Emissaries of Divine Light. In 1995, Stuart also participated in a Metaphisical Leadership Training hosted by “Lifespring” and graduated LP 162 NY.
In the beginning of the war in Iraq, Stuart Lovett was credited by Claude Chafin (Director of Legislative Affairs - Department of Defense) to have written the first inspirational poem that was approved by the Pentagon www.poeticprince.com . Stuart also has developed a respiratory retraining system & meditation www.thehealingbreath.com that is unique and invaluable from the standpoint of Healing and Well-Being. Through the healing arts, Stuart has been privileged to teach and practice his expertise at the Hippocrates Health Institute, and with future generations to include the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Stuart is interested in teaming up with others that care to know Peace and Love well, and that are interested in sharing their gifts. Stuart honors, respects and greatly values each one’s precious journey that has been traveled.
Currently, Stuart is a father of two incredible adults (Nicole and Matt), a grandfather and a bachelor, pending divorce from his second wife, and lives in the New Haven County, Connecticut area.
Life often changes and we all must be ready for these changes - even the unexpected ones that are challenging. Loving “Life” unconditionally is key to not getting caught up in the changes… There is always much to be grateful for!
