Serving “The One I AM” Through Serving The Whole…!

Myriad belief systems have marked many of man’s regressions while stepping toward surrendering.  Completeness is known through surrendering to the One which allows the “Whole’s” progression through inclusive or “Divine” realization and encompassment.
 

When I participated in the Lifespring training in the mid-nineties, I learned about how to make the most of what I have – through the truth of my Being, that which “I AM.”  As One accepts the truth of themselves, less believing in things is necessary.  No person in the world needs to convince another that they are present or alive.  The “I AM” aspect or perception of reality is “Wholeness” and therefore it can point the Way of living opportunity through One’s creative expression.
 

Shakespeare wrote, “To be or not to be, that is the question!”  This area of consideration seems to have more to do with One’s Identity than One’s existence!  Identity gives birth to the expression of “Presence.”  The ultimate presence is that of “I AM.”  This is the Identity of the Creator.  I AM is whole and is not in need of another association, because the value of the “Whole” is the true Identity of “I AM.”  There is no separation between “I AM” and the “Whole.”

I Hope That Others Feel This Rich And Blessed…

Yesterday, I had a conversation with an old and very dear friend.  She and her ex-husband were the focalizers or directors of the Spiritual Community and Resort where I lived for about 3 years.  My memories of those years are precious to me, as are the wonderful people with whom I had the privilege of learning and sharing.  I will not mention names here and now, because that is not as important as the essences of Love and true living that were and are the product and by-products of such a Divinely Unified living expression.  This dear friend with whom I spoke is now married to another wonderful man, whom I also had the privilege to know some 25 years ago when I lived in the Spiritual Community.On the phone yesterday, my friend was complimenting me for what I have chosen to do in my life with respect to the spiritual and healing arts, inspirational writing and ministry.  I do love these areas in which I have had the privilege to work. I  guess that One could summarize it by calling it the ‘Spirit and People Business.’  Let’s shape the name a little more accurately – ‘The Spirit/People Business.’  Yes, that’s putting first things first, while also underscoring the reality of connection, close “relationship” and the transformative integrative progress.

I feel well prepared for what I do. The reason is because of my mentors, my role models, such as my dear friend of over 25 years, close to 30 years now, actually.  The gift that was given to me was that of the Truth of Love – “Being” on purpose through peace and serenity.  I have not known greater gifts than these.  These are the greatest gifts that One could ever receive or give!  After receiving these priceless gifts, the key to keeping them happens to be in giving them away.  Now, I AM sensing that there is even a greater living essence to be known as gratitude is given for all the aspects - that which was received, and which is still being received through the act of offering or giving it to others.  This is the living celebration of the generations of Love.  It comes to One; it is cherished; and as it is given away, it is cherished once more.  The circle begins and completes into itSelf – compliment to the Whole - completion of the Whole…!

What Does One Do?

There is much afoot as inner and outer change creates unsure footing in the land of form.  Our LOVE is tested.  I have a feeling that OUR world’s circumstances are going to be such that WE will not be able handle the requirements without working together – without “Being as One!”  We’ve talked about Oneness several times – the bliss of it – perhaps the importance of it, etc.  But what IS the true outworking of Oneness?  What does a person experience through Oneness?
 

In truth, I think if WE were to get a little more honest, we’d first stop pretending (each and every person) that we had the answer or that a person was the answer.  Because in truth, the real answers are actually not known while any walls still exist.  The Berlin Wall was one of man’s most famous and it seemed to stand for a very long time, in the human experience relative to time.  But, interestingly enough, it doesn’t take as long to remove a wall, at least not in comparison to how long that it took to build.  In Life, it’s all about where, when and how you put your energy into things!  The walls can come down easily and upon such outworking there is a flow which is then permitted that allows greater nourishment to the Whole.  All parts of the Body must be nourished without walls of any type that have prevented the flow heretofore. 

“But that person over there hasn’t been or isn’t being responsible and I’m going to build a wall to teach them a lesson.”   Has anyone besides me responded that way to anyone in their world heretofore?  I say, if someone is not doing what you think that they should be doing, then do it for them, letting Love radiate without concern for results!  True lessons are taught and learned through Love!  This perspective and its outworking is what brings forth healing for OUR world, in the Whole Universe actually.  This is what our children must be taught, but the first child who must be taught is the person who stares back at you in the mirror.   Love in Action is never regarded as a big deal.  It’s given freely, no strings..!  Can One give away something that actually isn’t theirs to give away?  I AM present as a steward of the flow…!  If YOU live then YOU may give…!  And that is Life’s greatest honor and privilege!

So Here We Are!

So here we are.  Where would that be?  One might look around or within and take notice of where they are, like that really matters so much.  Ooooh, I need to do this or I need to do that; I need to be over there…!  I want to have this experience or that…  Oh yea, and lists can go on and on.
 

Do you like being with yourself?  Does it really matter where you are?  Well, I suppose in some extreme instances that it may really matter where you are.  Those, like myself, who have been Blessed with more than a modicum of comfort in their life and in their surround, can’t begin to fathom how people who live in more precarious parts of the globe, who literally live moment to moment with the possibility of life or death starring them straight in the eye, feel inside.  They probably can’t even afford themselves the luxury of feeling many of the feelings that are widely (globally) felt in the human experience.
 

The question that comes to mind is this: what have we done to ourselves and to each other?  Does anyone know what part of themselves may need to heal and/or shift in order to let the “Whole” be served through them?  Of course, having the knowledge of something is only part of it all.  I would not even say that having the knowledge is half way there…  Spirit may afford knowledge – but that is not yet “Spirit in Action!”  And how good am I, or are YOU, or are WE, at moving with Spirit?  Considering the circumstances at hand, I’d say that most are pretty new at it.  What you or I did yesterday or yesteryear doesn’t put much on Life’s plate right NOW!  What goes on a plate?  The first thing that comes to mind is food or nourishment of some sort!  Isn’t Love just as essential as food?  Well, maybe not to merely exist, but to live well requires lots of Love!
 

Hmmm, do I have anything to put on another’s plate?  Am I doing that?  I have a much bigger and more important question than that.  Do I feel that I actually have something to give or to offer to anyone?  What comes to your mind for YOU as I ask this question of ME?  What is the most important thing that One has to give?  Could it be Love – kindness – caring?  How does that show up?  It might be a feast of some sort…  A song comes to mind that actually may, through its lyrics, offer a little more specific and different meaning  than I am underlining here.  The song is entitled, “Love The One You’re With.”  No, I am clearly not suggesting that people start dropping their drawers and sharing carnal knowledge with another person (i.e. the One that they’re with).  However, I AM suggesting that we each are present to Love the One(s) with whom we are present!  But just for fun, here’s a link to the old recording of “Love The One You’re With”: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5IVuN1N6-Y
 

There are righteously beautiful ways for each of US to Love One Another and let’s take time to do it!  Enjoy it and let the focus be true, light, loving, easy and respectful as we Love the Ones that we’re with.  ”Let Love radiate without concern for results!”

When Does One Speak With God?

To answer the question, “When does One speak with God?” one might say that a person speaks with God when they pray.  But we actually address God more often than that.  Where is God anyway, up above us in some distant quadroon?  Perhaps, but not just there…  Could God be everything that the Whole Universe actually IS?  Well, let’s say for the moment that God is everywhere and part of everything.
 

The Gospel of St. Thomas has been subjected to much controversy over the years because well-known Christian religions, Catholicism in particular, felt that it would weaken the church’s power.. and could cost them money(?) – oh God – anything but that!  In any case, here is the summation of the Gospel of St. Thomas:  Jeshua (Jesus)said, “I AM the light that is over all things. I AM all: from me all came forth, and to me all attained. Split a piece of wood; I AM there. Lift up the stone, and you will find ME there.”  Hmmm, that kind of sounds like He’s everywhere…!  So One could digest from such that every word, thought or spoken, is also heard and held by the Lord.  And so, when are WE speaking with God?  Always, never not!
 

Now this subject of speaking with God brings me to another important area.  It is my realization - and could be yours -  that every thought and every word spoken is an invitation to God and Life itself (the Whole) to address and to actually empower or act on.
 

This realization, in turn, leads to a topic about which I have written much of late.  It has to do with “tenses,”  how we describe Life!  Any acknowledgment creates a living expression or impetus which invokes energetic support for that which is named.  So instead of using the present tense to describe something that has occurred or at least has been perceived, thereby empowering it to continue, One might take special care to refer to it in the past tense.
 

The present moment is the perfect place of creation, of creativity, of completeness, and of newness!  This is the living promise of God, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lord!  Let US, through each One, allow deliverance unto the place of perfect peace!  Perfect peace has come and is coming forth in every NOW – from NOW unto eternity.
 

I started writing this blog on 5-09-09, but I didn’t get to complete and publish it.  On 5-10-09 (Mother’s Day) at about 12:30 PM, I was in a very serious car accident and was brought, while unconscious, to the hospital.  My head was injured and there was (perhaps still is) internal bleeding.  I was released yesterday and I’m now home as the healing process continues.  I actually feel different than I ever remember having felt before.  I can’t really explain it – but something very deep inside me now is perfectly clear.  Everything that’s not really important now is just kind of fading into the mist…!  In some ways, I feel that I AM more present NOW than I have remembered being before or at least in a very long time…!
 

Staying true to this moment is all that we each need to experience, and to share, to know the truth of Heaven!

Are You Missing Something?

In truth, I have felt like a victim plenty of times, but there was never any truth in it.  There is no greater lie than the song of the victim.  So let’s put any form of the victim choir on wavers, because there are far greater songs to be sung!
 

‘Victim’ has described the state of a person who felt as though they were missing something.  They either didn’t have what they wanted or they felt that someone had taken something from them.  I have actually found that I’ve never really had anything taken anyway until I gave away what I believed I had.  As I give, I have; just as, ‘what you express, you know’ and ‘out of the mouth speaketh the heart’ etc.

My grandfather used to say something funny to us all. He said (semi-sarcastically), “Be quiet and let everyone think that you’re stupid instead of speaking and removing all doubt.”  We used to chuckle when he said that, but there can be a thread of truth to those words.  Sometimes quietness is the most beautiful thing that we can offer our worlds.  From where I sit, real quietness is a rare thing, like a precious jewel.  As we are able to take less notice of the many distractions that we have heretofore co-created in our worlds, we can begin to discern what is actually needed.  It is clear to me that my eyes and ears have taken notice of many things.  But because that is so, it is even more clear to me that really knowing something comes from a silent and very still place.
 

One can even be blocked by their own former or older interpretations of what the “Word” is, or what it means.  The “Word” that I AM referring to is the Word of God!  Reading old passages over and over does not always give One true insight.  It is only from a perfect stillness, the place where Holy Spirit lives, that One can truly know anything!  Only an empty cup can be truly filled to be “Whole!”  It goes along with having to continuously give it away to actually have it.  So, drink as you pour and pour as you drink…!
 

When One thinks that they know, they can’t be present to discover much of anything.  Don’t be afraid to let go of what you thought you knew.  Personally speaking, I’m working with respect to the evolution of that process within these capacities right here, right here and now!  You’re welcome to join me in this marvelous treasure hunt.  The treasures are endless and so is the hunt, timeless in fact!  The key to staying rich is giving away every treasure that you find.  It takes doing that in order to discover the next one and the real beauty is that the treasures keep growing in value – but you have to keep giving them away or they loose their value!

Holding True, Honoring Spirit, Through Transition…

The human creative process has been such that we have tended to try to build anchors heretofore, as the human approach has been one of letting forms falsely occupy One’s identity.  And boy oh boy, when those forms began to alter or change, it often didn’t feel like there was an anchor anywhere at all!
 

I remember when I participated in the Lifespring Training, back in the mid 90’s, there was something that I believe was called the “Trust Fall.”  It’s quite an experience for a person, particularly the first time.  Basically what’s done is that a person, while standing in a slightly elevated position, closes their eyes and allows themselves to fall backwards. In falling, they trust that the group of people with them (standing behind them, actually) will catch and cradle their decent so that they are kept safe, without hurting themselves in any way.
 

In real life, there are times when we have gotten hurt because we didn’t allow life to assist our decent, ascent or transition.  I have heard of people who could not swim well but while people were trying to save them from drowning, the person’s fear made it impossible to aid them, to guide them back to where air was available to breathe and so they drowned.  It doesn’t take a whole lot of water in which to drown – a 3-foot depth is more than sufficient.  But the point to this conversation is not about the challenges that are sometimes present in life.  The point to this conversation is that keeping ourselves prepared so that we may relax through the living process is what is truly important.  However, there are also times that we need to bear down on our capacities–a birthing if you will–so as to let something creative work out…!  There is a rhythm in all birthing processes.  While creative pressure is part of the creative process, it is in the spirit of the letting where we may allow all of the forms to reshape, transform and be created new as Spirit may require!  The real anchor is Spirit and no One stands without it; no One can be present without it!  When you think of how a real life anchor for a boat operates, using the word ‘anchor’ is almost an oxymoron because the real key to “Being” held steady is actually “Being” more like a liquid or gaseous substance - it just moves continuously as Life moves.  It bends and shapes it’s mass according to the path that it’s on…  But the physical anchor also does work in a way that holds onto you while your mass moves up and down, adjusting to the waves of the water or of Life!
 

Sometimes we are anchors for others and sometimes they are anchors for us.  The key to creative transition is in allowing our capacities to be shaped by Spirit.  I let all things be made new NOW!  Who knows what ship WE will be on next together?  “Ride Captain Ride,” was the name of a popular song that was recorded some years back by the group, “Blues Image.”  Part of the lyrics are:

“Whatever It Takes!”

Today, I had the pleasure and honor of being present with an extraordinary group of men and women (Jehovah) as WE celebrated the Spirit of “I AM” through the timeless Spirit of Martin (Cecil) Exeter.  It is very much because of the expression of this Archangel’s Spirit–Martin ‘Cecil’ Exeter–that Jehovah has been permitted to begin to be known in OUR collective experience.  I feel the Master smiling on this day.  All praises be to OUR Lord and King!
 

Testimony after testimony – the order of Spirit Living NOW!  We aren’t celebrating the past or the future.  What we celebrate is the completion, the fulfillment of the truth of OUR Being!  Who stands here NOW?  It doesn’t really matter because “I AM” present standing here NOW!
 

With the deepest of Love, honor and respect I bow my head and then lift it high to soar On Eagle’s Wings!  Thank you, Martin, my dear old and new friend, my timeless friend!  I also want to thank Lillian and Grace for taking such great loving care of OUR dearest friend, as my tears of joy are released carrying a most profound feeling of Love and devotion.
