A couple of hours ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with a wonderful woman in California  who, most recently, has become a new friend – a beautiful friendship in the making.  We talked about spiritual things and she asked me what my training has been with respect to the Bible, religion, etc.  I shared with her that I have been focused in these areas for several years – but that my interpretations may be a bit different than many or most.  My journey has very much been a circle that has brought me back to where I began the journey. The road of spiritual enlightenment began with me as a quest – a quest or search for answers.  Basically, for me at least, it has been a search for my deepest connection to Life itself!  In earthly terms, a person might say that they’re interested in getting in touch with their family roots.  But the experiential road of Life offers experiences that reveal a sensing of brotherhood and sisterhood that often transcends limited earthly perspectives.  I have found that certain relationships have fostered such deep loving experiences that have allowed my understanding of family to grow, particularly as I acknowledge the depth of love and care that I have shared and experienced.

Through such realization, One can begin to open their heart more and more often and perhaps even open it wider than before, letting more Blessed Ones come into closeness with them.  Love does one unmistakable thing continually – it invites closeness!  As One matures, the ability for loving one another may increase.  “When two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst.”  ‘Gathered’ is another word that means coming together – letting US be close!  This is the prerequisite for inviting the Lord to be with US – letting Oneness be present so that His Will be known and done, Love made manifest through co-creation!  This is the truest meaning of family, at least as far as I AM concerned.

Personally speaking, I don’t know of a theological school that teaches all of this inclusively.  One may receive a foundation of spirituality from many different sources because Life always gets its messages across, but not always as fast as some people might like it.  I suppose that this is why patience is always the first step.  Patience allows a higher quality of our internal atmosphere to be present so that a true foundation of tranquility is set for the purpose of Divine co-creation.  “Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman wakes but in vain.”

As things continue to pick up momentum, I find myself pausing and becoming very still.  Do you hear the birds chirping and the grasshopper as it dances in the wind?  There is so much beauty in this world, so much for which to be grateful.  Hmmm, but I hear a child crying because she doesn’t have enough to eat.  I also hear a little boy who’s in pain, with no parents to care for him.  And all of this is happening with the birds chirping and grasshopper doing its dance.  So what do I need to pay attention to?  This is a very important consideration, but I don’t think that I alone can answer the question.  No, indeed, there is so much happening in this world simultaneously.  The world is like a huge orchestra that desperately needs its conductor.  And where is that conductor?  It’s the Spirit that dwells within.  It is He who created this Life, that hosts every color of the rainbow, every melodic note that was ever played.  It is the winds that move Spirit’s substance to and fro.  It is the waters that wash and purify.  It is the fire that burns bright and is never consumed.  It is Love!

Now you may feed that little girl and care for that boy who’s in pain.  You may also be grateful for the birds chirping and the dancing grasshopper.  All that we ever need to do is to pause, be still, and let Spirit direct our focus. Then we begin to know all that is to be known.  We may then begin to do what needs to be done!  The opportunity to be in Heaven is at hand!

There is a place that is so loving, so warm and caring…and YOU can go there at any time.  In fact, I don’t know if One ever has to leave that place.  Let me tell a little bit about this place.  It starts in your very own heart and it shows up as you allow yourself to caringly greet every person that you meet.  As YOU allow yourself to connect in the deepest possible way, you’re almost brought to tears through the fullness of Love and thanksgiving.  As I allow myself to let a person into my heart, there is a glorious experience that is so easily shared.  One begins to look at others in a new and magical way.  All that YOU and I find ourselves wanting to do in this “Place” is to share everything - mouth to mouth, eye to eye, ear to ear, hand to hand,  life to life…!

Did you ever taste something, smell something, hear something, touch something, and/or feel something so incredible that YOU were just compelled to try to offer that joyful experience to another person?  And upon the sharing of that joy, it took your joy and multiplied it in your heart, perhaps hundreds or thousands of times?  This is the experience of “The Place!”

You can’t really go to “The Place,” but YOU can take “The Place” wherever YOU go…  One can be the “Host of The Place” wherever they are!

When I was a young boy, my grandfather used to say to me  that if I had one real friend, one true friend before I died, that I would be a very rich man.  Yes, Poppy was right and I have found the key to that experience of friendship.  The key lives in “The Place!”

Of late I have found myself meeting and connecting with other beautiful Angels who know something of their Divine heritage in its essence.  It’s such a beautifully comforting feeling to be able to look into another Angel’s eyes and feel the Oneness.  The separation in the heart of man that has been experienced heretofore is being healed through the dynamic of Love!

One of my new special friends was echoing words that have very much been a part of my consciousness and subsequent expression for many years.  She said in essence, “I AM everything – every beautiful and loathsome creature that I see.  There is nothing in creation that is not a part of me.”  I too feel the truth of those words in a very deep part of my heart and soul.  It’s interesting when One declares Divine presence in a fashion that fits some sort of righteous mold.  It can seem like a paradox of sorts, as One also declares that the rest of the evolving world is part of them too!  However, true wisdom gives birth to a truer vision, a vision that begins not to judge anything, but rather to see the (sometimes) hidden value of anything - of all things!

As I open these capacities and begin to spiritually incorporate, I am filled with wonder and appreciation for Life itself and for all of the things that are a part of its miraculous outworking…  We have the opportunity to hold each other’s hands as we let Love be made visible through our expression together.  As I AM unified through the reality of such an experience, there is a richness that is unequaled and available to be experienced and shared!

We each can look out into the world and see things that we hope can and will change.  But, more importantly, we can look within ourselves and see what aspects are present there which WE can take responsibility to change or perhaps just appreciate in a new Light!  As One does that, one may begin to see the world of which we have the privilege to be a part much differently!  There are no victims.  At a very deep and profound level, we each have signed on to the paths that we walk.  Let us walk those paths, hand in hand, in Love!

In literal terms, “tone” refers to “vocal or musical sound of a specific quality.”  However from a spiritual standpoint, when One refers to the “Tone,” reference is being made to a harmonious state or atmosphere whereby creation is present and available, and through which Spirit may be expressed.  The “Tone” encompasses all areas of expression while serving the “Whole!”

In spiritual terms, the “Tone” may be resounded without the aid of audibility or visibility.  The “Tone,” in this sense, is vibrational.  But it can also be observed through a person’s countenance.  We feel the “Tone” as it resounds because it encompasses and connects all things, all Ones!  From this vision point,“Tone” equates to a quality of atmosphere…

In this year 2009, getting past busyness and noise are the paramount prerequisites in many people’s lives, to be able to even begin to comprehend what the quality of the atmosphere is, or more importantly, what it can be!

Are YOU waiting for wonderful news about something?… then bring it!  Bring the wonderful news about everything.  Remember that wonderful news has nothing to do with information.  In actuality, the wonderful news is that we are here to bring it – to bring forth wonderful things from ourselves and each other.  This is more than a perspective.  People have asked me what “Attunement” is.  The truest answer to that question is that it’s “the” Way of Life.  The Tone, Agape and Attunement are all One – they are the living expressions of each other!

There have been times when Love’s presence has seemed obscure, to say the least.  Some circumstances can have a person scratching their head in bewilderment.  During such times, I have learned the value of patience.  Recently, one of my spiritual sisters gave a small group of us a reminder that we are not of this world  and that the world doesn’t need our attention, particularly with things that are passing away.  We are best to just “Let” things pass without focus or even acknowledgment.  It’s very much the same principle that Love knows well.  A true mother or father sees the beauty in their child, even when there are moments that don’t appear very beautiful.  While still keeping each one accountable for the discord that an individual may have created, we may purge quickly while returning (at the speed of Light) to an acknowledgment of wonder and thanksgiving!

We are all instruments of Life!  We are living instuments.  All instruments (living or not) require tuning occasionally.  The Tone of a piano must periodically get adjusted or aligned.  A tuning fork is often used for this purpose.  As far as the Tone of Life is concerned – we each have our Divine tuning forks built it.  There is a deep resounding factor that lives in each of US.  The tuning fork, in this sense, is our ability to pause and look upward and inward.  From this place, the Tone may resound once again!

As the story of the Master is told, three days later He rose from the dead.  His rising was a testament for man to witness the eternalness of Life!  But in and of itself, such rising in form is merely a result of the true rising of Spirit! There has been a tendency, heretofore, of being stayed on the state that brings form to focus.  However, the truth of rising (eternal rising) must be of One’s spiritual state of Being.  That is where the true rising lives!  We may rise up from states and forms of circumstances continuously.  I AM is the place of rising – the truth of Being!

There are a myriad of opportunities through the restorative process to rise through Spirit into Divine fruition…  Though we may observe and experience the splendor that can be available as forms transform, transmute and raise, the truth of the rising is beyond all forms… What can make One happy or sad?  We may feel many things through the journeys in which we engage, moment to moment, lifetime to lifetime…  However, this is only an aspect of the creative process.  We may appreciate the thick, grey, bellowing clouds and rains that help bring forth the beautiful flowers…!  Such appreciation hosts the truth of rising.

In the name of Our Master, let us rise as He continually did, through all the creative processes that Life offers!  The Way is easy to know, as I let all burdens be opportunities for the expression of Divine Light!

I often find myself praying, or just talking with God.  I find myself talking with Him so often that I wouldn’t know what to do if I stopped.  This may sound funny but it’s almost like driving in a car with an antenna that retracts and extends automatically.  You can’t really hear much more than static from the radio without the antenna extended.  As I pause and consciously connect, it’s very much the same– ‘something inside me opens’ and perhaps even ‘extends’ and messages begin to move out and come in, come in and move out.

I often recite the Prayer entitled, “The Lord’s Prayer” or the “Our Father.”  Today, however, I found myself reading a book marker that has what is entitled, “The Prayer To Our Father,” written on it.  It is written in Aramaic and then translated into English:

Abwun
“Oh Thou, from whom the breath of life comes,

d’bwaschmaja
Who fills all realms of sound, light and vibration.

Nethkadasch schmach
May your light be experienced in my utmost holiest.

Tete malkuthach.
Your Heavanly Domain approaches.

Nehwe tzevjanach aikana d’bwaschmaja af b’arha.
Let Your will come true – in the universe (all that vibrates) just as on earth (that is material and dense).

Hawvian lachma d’sunkanan jaomana.
Give us wisdom (understanding, assistance) for our daily need.

Waschboklan chauben wachtahen alkana daf chnan schwoken l’chaijaben.
Detach the fetters of faults that bind us, (karma) like we let go the fault of others.

Wela tachlan l’nesjuna
Let us not be lost in superficial things (materialism, common temptations),

ela patzan min bischa.
but let us be freed from that what keeps us off from our true purpose.

Metol dilachie malkutha wahaila wateschbuchta l’ahiam almin.
From You comes the all-working will, the lively strength to act, the song that beautifies all and renews itself from age to age.

Amen.
Sealed in trust, faith and truth. (I confirm with my entire being)

The richness of this Prayer takes Our truth of Being to another level – a most inclusive level.  As One can easily determine, this translation takes the proverbial “Lord’s Prayer”- which seemed to have been locked in a conscious, confining barrier of interpretation - to a new, open space and to a higher level which offers a complete living encompassment!

Through my heart, I can listen to Life through each One who speaks.  Through my heart, I may hear the truest message coming forth.  As I listen with my heart, a vast and complete ocean of Life and of richness is born.  The process of equating gives way to the truth of completion and radiant expression!

Wow, look at the evolution of language.  All of these words that compose the title to this particular blog post have held or currently hold positive connotation!  I remember three or so years ago when my daughter, who was around 20 years old, came to visit me in Florida where I was living at that time and made a comment about something saying, “That’s sick.”  I looked at her and said, “Why, what’s wrong?”  She said in response, “No, no… sick means good.”

Yes, indeed, language changes continually – that’s the nature of life it self…  Because of this truth, it does not serve a person to cling to things.  As I stay in flow – learning, appreciating and discovering, I can blend well, engaging life in a harmonious state.  Language is a form and forms continue to change.  Interpretation needs to be flexible and fluid because truth is actually known first through One’s heart.  We feel truth in a deep place within, as it resounds with our spirit.  But let’s not get too esoteric because keeping it simple allows everything to be received with ease.  It’s like sipping a beverage.  We don’t know how something tastes or its temperature until it begins to pass through our lips – then we begin to feel and know something.

As we proceed with all things in our life with ease and a gentle beginning, we get to benefit from a smooth transition and a subsequent living graduation.  When the world around us seems to be moving too fast, it is better to pause, re-center ourselves and let our capacities gradually match the momentum.  From our center (the place of peace and stillness) we begin to know something and we may offer that something into our field of circumstances!
