Let Thought Be Empty And Full Of Presence!
For most, it seems ‘being present’ is the greatest feat ever conceived. It almost seems that we’re…..hmm, perhaps ‘embarrassed’ is the most accurate word, to actually look and see what is present that we’ve created. We look back and we look forward, but usually fail to see NOW! Looking back is guaranteed to be immersed in misperception and looking forward can be nothing more than imagination. Is hindsight really so accurate? Perhaps it is not. We see what we choose to acknowledge – nothing more. Living anywhere but in the present moment is destined to be a field of blindness.
There is talk of Love. What do I need in my experience to actually Love? Is there an equation that has to be met for me to experience or to give Love? Does someone or something always have to match up with my ideals of what I value or desire or believe? Is being present a form of Love? It would seem that if I’m not present, there is no possibility of experiencing the opportunity of Loving since it’s connected to reality.
An old friend of mine used to say, “Stuart, you are in love with an idea of how you want something to be, but you don’t see what is actually present.” This was said to me in conjunction with one of my old romantic relationships. We tend to “fall in love” with our illusions of what we think we want. “Being in love” is different than “falling in love.” Who wants to fall anywhere? It probably hurts each time that you land!
It is said that we can actually change the vibratory resonation of our bodies (our Being) and thus change how our mass resides in this dimension. Levitation, altering weight mass or electromagnetic gravitational response changes, can be part of this outworking. Being in tune with or in Oneness is also a factor in this outworking. In this sense, we connect to what we Love. We can actually get lighter. From the place of presence, we can rise through Love. Nothing needs to fit into what we conceive. Instead, through our loving presence we allow ourselves to fit. Like water, we have the ability to adhere to the surface that is present. You can’t push water around without it moving or changing its state or shape. We can allow ourselves to reshape in the present moment accordingly. No rough surfaces – just smoothness and flow.
