Recently, my economic circumstances propelled me to seek an employment opportunity with a company called “Omni Financial.”  My initial experience was pretty favorable; which (in Florida) was/is better than anticipated.  I say that, because I don’t often see very pride taken in the Floridian corporate structures.  I found, however (at Omni), that not only was there a union of people that were positive and upbeat; but there seemed to also be a sensing of rightness and integrity.

My initial “positive experience” has only increased.  I would mention that one of the “Trainers” is a fellow that goes by AJ.  I am very impressed by A J’s presence and over-all substance.  I would simply say that he has an awakened consciousness.    Though I believe that while AJ may be a few years younger that me, he seems to exhibit great poise; demonstrating very positive, diberate, caring, insightful thinking and communication.  It is great (mentally, emotionally and spiritually) when people of A J’s caliper are part of the foundation of any dynamic grouping.

I have not officially met the owner; as I am but a small fry (at least for this month!..lol).  However, I can fully appreciate offering the fullest respect to the chain of command.

What I find beautifully remarkable about this company is that I can see clear representation of very diversified management personalities; working in, more than a modicum, of semblance.  And, while, I may not feel the same chemistry with each person, I can fully appreciate the necessity of what most personalities provide; with respect to the larger, overall picture and vision.

I would also say that the “Trainer” named Tiffany is a very effective leader that teaches her craft in a very thorough way.  She is sweet enough to gain your confidence; but also has the substance to keep you pointed.  As Tiffany is very articulate, Tiffany leads people in a very professional, strong, and yet loving way.

As I look at these people “these leaders,” I see aspects of very spiritual Beings that care, not only about the job and the numbers, but about the people that are doing it!

Some wise person said (very long ago, I suspect), “If you give a person a meal, you fed them once (and that’s not a bad thing)!  But if you give that same person a fishing pole, and teach them how to use it – you just taught a person how to feed themselves for a lifetime!”

The owner of Omni Financial (Mike) and his crew have taken great “painstaking” care to offer hundreds of employees a way of improving themselves, their worlds, and the worlds of thousands of Omni’s clients.  Well done, Mike!  I look at a company like Omni Financial and I say that God works in the most mysterious ways!

Would it slow my moment down, or speed it up?  Would I try to do more things, or just do each thing in a better way (more carefully)?

Would I try to convey important (or heartfelt) things to people that mean a lot to me?  Would I try to reflect on the journeys that I’ve traveled, in a way that brought completion?

What would I want people to remember me by – my mind, my heart, honor, respect, dignity, etc.?  What would my epitaph read, if I were to write it myself?

Did I complete what my Divine Life Purpose was to complete?  Do I even think that I know what would be?

Did my last years of life reveal to me that I learned some very precious lessons?  And what lessons would they be?

How deep inside myself have I found my true peace to be?  Did my living, finally, grant me passage into that peaceful place?  Am I in touch with my Spirit that lives on and on…?  Or do I put too much store, through expectations, into what I think life should be?

Have I been doing things, long enough, to where the process and journey means more to me than whatever any results could ever offer?

Have I been asking myself questions long enough; to realize that within the question is the answer?

When I find myself in a certain, very still and quiet place, it can sometimes be in an office or other populated place; as I look around, my eyes sometimes meet or lock onto, another person’s eyes for a moment!  It is not easy to describe what is felt/exchanged, but it seems to resound from a very light, pleasant and unassuming place.  It’s the kind of a shared glance that speaks “Angelic Being to Angelic Being.”  It is as if there is a shared greeting of peace and ease that is very simple and yet complete!

The experience that I just described is so very much in contrast with what seems often available in most people’s experience.  As the intensity grows in our worlds, finding that tranquil peace and ease becomes more and more attractive.  The noise that is demonstrated by the world remarks the dichotomy that exists of extremes.  But One can still express from a still place (even amidst chaos), while communing with the same vibration in another!

As the intensity grows with some, as they seem to get noisier, a deeper penetration into the realms is also becoming that much more available.  The important factor begins to call to what we find ourselves acknowledging; as whatever we Identify with, and acknowledge, will expand…!  We each have the power to Create our worlds!  What will you and I Create?

Another phrase that could be substituted for “Defragmentation” is to “Clean up while creating organization.”  It seems that, the more intellect that we amass, the more that we need to “let” our capacities be in Attunement (the ultimate “Defragmentation”)!

In the human experience, as the intensity grows, there are energetic manifestations that affect the Chakras or Endocrine System.  The Adrenal Gland comes to mind, insofar as the affect from an intensified experience.

As an Attunement Practitioner, one knows the value of “Letting” one’s capacities attune through the “Spirit of the Single Eye,” insofar as the Adrenal Gland is concerned.  It is a very holistic and helpful understanding; to realize that our whole Being comes to focus through each of its parts – (the whole through each aspect – and each aspect in relation to the whole)!

There are a couple of different approaches in looking at, or encompassing (or not), any one thing in life. One approach singles out the object, so as to blind oneself to everything else; while loosing sight of the whole and creating an inaccurate interpretation of the part.  This is demonstrative of dysfunction and is not helpful in the smaller, or larger, context.  The other approach (which is very helpful) is where one looks at the whole picture in a way, as it is openly observing; allowing the most complete understanding possible. This clearly and cleanly focuses on the largest and most available dimension of true Being; as the rest of life is allowed to draw toward Being in its whole and complete Identity!

Identity, in this inference, addresses the actuality of resonance with absolute Being, so as to naturally Be; extending Radiance from Source.

The answers in life may come into, and through, each situation, as we are stewards allowing an opening (from within); for such outworking of Divine Design and Purpose!

Though my testimony might only be formed from illusive perceptions, my experience of my perception suggests to me that, as I find myself in a (non reactive) state of stillness that; I can observation that which is present.

I find each day that I have more and more respect for the ability to stand still and simply observe everything.  At one time, I believed that I knew much more than I actually did.  It has been most relieving to begin to understand that very little, that really matters in life, can be measured by its quantity.  In fact, the reliance on measuring (in and of itself) retains an illusive impetus.

Life’s design was well measured long before man tried to take over.  Our intelligence really steps away, without the truth of itself (going backward or forward in time).  So very little of life requires us to leave the present moment at all.  As a matter of possibility, it may only have been mankind’s failure to stay “present” that created the parts of the world that seems to perpetuate man’s frequent departure from the present moment.

Keeping things simple is an art, in and of it self.  I only know the truth of myself, through the simplicity of the present moment.  Even as I peer at the reflection in the mirror, or at “the living mirror” of life, through seeing what is present around me, can I be still enough to truly see what is present?  Or do the forms of things still own the intrinsic reactive tendencies of a state of mind?  Surely, the answers to these questions are a growing, living, evolving, organic and ever changing reference of Being!

The best thing about trying to uncover the truth about yesterday, or yesteryear, is that (at some point) one realizes that it’s virtually impossible and is, often, a great waste of time and resource!

We each carry our understandings of what we experience forth, through our respective lives.  However, perceptions seem often colorized and distorted for reasons that call to the human condition of consciousness (or lack thereof).  The truth is often sold out; as individuals and groups hide from taking any personal responsibility.  The world’s perspective, as perceived through its aperture, can get so far away from reality; as digging deeper through distorted perceptions reveals only more of the same…  There is an old expression, “One always finds what they’re looking for” – even when it’s not even there to begin with!

Human nature sets a foundation with its lies and illusions and then sets forth to build a house on it.  This state of cacophony, like a cancer, is most prevalent in relationships of all kinds.  Just look at the deterioration of family units, a completely dysfunctional government, the insulated stronghold of corporate greed, etc.  Even our church’s and religious leaders seem to be crumbling; as their announced morals are a far cry from their actual mores, reportedly.

The accusatory tone of accusation is the dead give away, in any given moment; as to its dysfunctional source.  The spirit of love is never the accuser.  There will never be “actual truth,” presented to another, without the caring accompaniment of love!

Acceptance and love can only be demonstrated and offered, as that is the actual inclusive interest of generation.

Some say that this world of ours may be able to transform from within itself; as the mass consciousness shifts and vibratory resonance allows.  I say that this is, at least, a possibility.  However, it’s hard to know what outward changes must occur for our lives to find a true and natural balance.

As we each look out at our respective worlds, it is probably safe to say that change is upon us all!  It may also be safe to say that there is a part of each of us that is perfect and completely connected to our Source of Creation.  Whether or not that perfect place ever changes is far less of an important question; than is our realization of connectedness to its perfection.

At a few different times in my life, I remember observing certain ones that seemed to just lie back in the crowd.  These gentle ones just lived well through simplicity, with nothing in particular to wish to prove to anyone.  They just seemed to lovingly support the creative process; while observing people (perhaps) like myself that seemed to feel they were on a mission.

It’s interesting, now, as I am not so interested in trying to enlighten the world quite as much or, at least, not in the same way.  I guess that I am realizing that the true wealth and effective radiance comes from, and through, ones living and this may well be the most effective, i.e., the more silent generations of the quite One.  The quiet One seems to speak the loudest through a peaceful presence (after all of the trumpets quiet down); even with all those “remarkable” insights.  It all really just disappears into the true tranquil place of peace.

Perhaps, as far as any one person’s focus and living is concerned; it all may be a matter of, cycles within cycles, in conjunction with the larger Creative process at hand…

I find that I listen most carefully to the ones that glow through their simple Being nature.  Of late, there is a friend of mine that is a bit older than me (in fact, he’s old enough to be my father).  I have mentioned him in past blogs.  In any case, my friend speaks about a man whom he met as a boy.  The man whom he speaks of worked a simple job.  My friend mentioned that the peacefulness about this man was remarkable.  According to my friend, this man did everything that he could very carefully and methodically.  The simplest task was given all of his careful attention.  He never rushed through anything, as he fully enjoyed his own presence through the operation at hand.

A person like this could well be considered to be very conscious; not moved by anything – but, instead, effectively demonstrating creativity.  Could there be a larger goal than this?  There are a number of religious belief systems that claim many things.  But the byproduct of these belief systems seems to have created anguish and separation, more than anything else.  If the One known as Christ, Himself, walked amongst us today, would He not point us toward being loving and serving the simplicity of creative generation?  Spirit is always with us, and within us; so as to know the truth of Love!  How might a person serve God best, if not through the proper stewardship of the simplest daily task at hand?

To be conscious and available to work with whatever life brings forth, in a peaceful way, seems to be the easiest and (yet) most challenging lesson for mankind!

While many beautiful things can be built from the truth of Being, the world around us; with respect to my country (the USA), and the nations of the world, is slowly (rapidly, at times) crumbling.  The destructive, crumbling, aspects of the world were built (and are built) by their dislodgment, and misalignment, from Being.

From Being, there is an intrinsic order of perfect Creation that fits and flows; while continually adding life, manifesting form (abundantly) from, and through, the perfection of Being.

To quietly listen to the impulses of life takes one to the stillest place within him or her.  I see, hear and intuit this quaking Spirit engaging everyone, at some level.  We may each understand and identify such a calling and rhythm in a unique way, but even in our individual diversified application, it is somehow connecting us to a larger pulse; as we each journey back to the center of our Being, together…

All of our pasts are honed to realization, through our understanding and wisdom, becoming just (steps on the ladder) that brings us back together to the place of peace and tranquility at our center of Being!

The only work that seems to actually exist is that which is within each mind and heart of man and woman.  May the truth of joy allow us each to stand still; while we let our Beingness flow forth; through engaging one small step, forward, together as One!
